Haul Out the Halloween – Official Trailer

The film Haul Out the Halloween takes place on the festive street known as Evergreen Lane, a neighborhood famed for its over‑the‑top holiday decorations and community spirit. For years the residents have gone big for Christmas, but when a new couple moves in with an extreme passion for Halloween, everything changes.

Preview of Haul Out The Halloween starring Wes Brown, Lacey Chabert, Evergreen Lane gang, Kimberly J Brown & Daniel Kountz. Premiering October 11th on Hallmark! 🎃👻🍁

The newcomers, Luna and Marvin, inspire the block to rebrand itself as “EverSCREAM Lane”, substituting twinkle lights for jack‑o‑lanterns and cobwebs, and launching contests, decorations and a carnival for charity. The homeowners’ association chairman, Jared, and his wife Emily must navigate the upheaval of the neighborhood’s traditions. Emily, especially, is pulled into revisiting her own history and her late grandmother’s love of Halloween.

As tension builds, the film explores how community identity, tradition and change can all collide. Jared initially resists the Halloween takeover, clinging to the bylaws and the old festive order, while Emily gradually embraces the new direction as a way to honor her grandmother’s memory. The switching of seasonal allegiance—from Christmas‑centric to Halloween‑enthusiast—gives the movie a fun contrast and allows for both humor and heart.

There is also a strong ensemble cast that contributes to the light, comedic tone of the film. With familiar stars such as Emily (played by Lacey Chabert) and Jared (Wes Brown), alongside veteran supporting characters and a pair of new neighbors played by Kimberly J. Brown and Daniel Kountz, the narrative balances festive fun with interpersonal relationships and community rivalry.  The film runs about 84 minutes and was directed by Maclain Nelson.

It shows that even long‑standing traditions can evolve, especially when they bring people together for a common goal. For viewers looking for holiday‑season comfort with a spooky twist, this film offers fun, decorations, contests, nostalgia and some warmth.

In summary, Haul Out the Halloween gives audiences a charming, cheeky look at a neighborhood that decides to “haul out” its Halloween décor in a big way, challenging the status quo and celebrating change, all while maintaining the heart that viewers expect from a holiday‑themed, family‑friendly movie.
